So Swistle decided we should all start a Pay-It-Forward Bomb, wherein we would host a contest on our blogs and then the winners would host a contest and on and on infinitum. Well, I am on board.
So this contest is open, yo. Leave a comment to enter and I will pick a random winner of a prize as yet to be determined. And I give good prize (just saying). Contest closes on July 4 at (um) 12 noon Central Time. If you don't have a blog, you can still totally participate. Swistle will explain how.

The Red Tent is an amazing book. I still think about it a lot and I finished it when I was pregnant with my 3 year old. Also, I just started knitting. I was just working on a baby blanket for one of my boys. Darn those purled stitches, I always get confused! I'm in for contests!

I have a request. Your "Name" and "Email Address" boxes for leaving comments are yellow and the font is white... can you change it to more contrasting colors? I can't see what I typed and what if I messed it up. Then I might have won something really fun and great but you couldn't find me because I'm the tard who typed her email address wrong.

Seminary student who doesn't want to be a pastor...that is fascinating. Do you want to be a professor of some sort? Or just smart. I like being smart.
As for books, I recommend Prodigal Summer by Barbara Kingsolver and do not recommend that stupid Boelyn Girl book. Bleck.
