I know we've been over shared printer etiquette on this blog before, but I feel the need to lay out another ground rule.

If everyone on your entire floor uses the Xerox machine as both their printer and copier, the polite thing to do is print out your twenty-five 700 page documents one at a time, leaving time for people to make copies, get their own print jobs, etc. You should not queue them up all at once so that no one can do anything for approximately a millenium.
