Dammit

So I went all the way to Olathe to see Brokeback Mountain. We got halfway through it and had to leave.

Needless to say, I am unhappy.

We had to leave because we needed to meet some people who brought a very expensive breast pump all the way from Los Angeles for us. I'm sure I'm supposed to think that makes it all worth it. But I don't.

Plus, the first half hour of the movie was kind of difficult to watch and I'm not sure I want to see that part again to get to the second half, so we'll have to see.

This is what cell phones give you. A big pain in the ass.

That does sound like a pain in the ass. Sorry to hear you missed the second half, especially since you had to go out of your way to see it. Damn cell phones! Hope the rest of your weekend was much better.

Is it really that far out to Olathe - it's only 30 minutes? I live in Olathe, but still drive to KCMO at least once a week - even though I stay home fulltime and no longer work there. I guess it is all perspective. :-)

Sorry to hear you didn't like the part that you saw of the movie . I am hoping to see it this week.
